This One Day Intensive Workshop focuses on developing the leadership skills that on-site managers must have to be high-performers in today’s construction environment.

It is perfect for your PMs or Project Engineers of the future as well as your existing managers who need more development.

Leading teams on-site in the construction industry holds specific leadership challenges, such as –

  • Maintaining teamwork when the team members keep changing.
    • The pressure to perform while constantly balancing many variables – weather, supply delays and errors, subbie non-performance, variations, poor or late documentation, unions, authorities, under-performing consultants, unrealistic programs etc.  
    • The dependency on sub-contractors rather than direct hire.
    • The high levels of compliance requirements, and
    • The shortage of high-calibre, experienced people.

Typically run on Construction RDO’s, this Workshop is sensibly priced and minimises work-flow disruption at site. Participant numbers are strictly limited to 16.
